ME model double trolley shipyard engineering gantry crane is a kind of lifting equipment with large span, large lifting
capacity, multifunction and high efficiency, specialized in section transport, docking and turnover of hull in shipyard
or slipway.



ME type ship building gantry crane in shipyard achieves the turnover of hull through the cooperation of two trolleys.
First, upper trolley bear the whole weight of hull through the adjustment of the position of hook(Fig.1), and lower
trolley pass under the upper trolley. The hook is retied to another side of hull(Fig.2). Second, upper one will give up
the hook, and Upper and lower one go on reverse running and then finish the turnover of hull(Fig.3).

Main features:

1, Owned multi functions such as single-lift, double-lift, air-turning, and horizontal micro-rotation in the air.

2. There are two kinds of single main beam type and double main beam type for users to choose. To use materials
reasonably, the main beam adopts variable section optimization and design.

3, Rigid legs are available in a single column type and double column type for the user to choose.

4. The upper trolley has double hooks, which are placed on the outer sides of the main beam respectively, but can
be moved individually or simultaneously.

5, Lower trolley has main and vice hooks, placed under the main beam center.

6, The upper and lower trolleys can cross each other's operations.

7, All lifting and travelling mechanism are frequency control.

8. On the rigid leg side, there is a maintenance jib crane on the top of main beam to complete the maintenance
operations of the upper and lower trolleys.

9,In order to facilitate the driver and maintenance personnel on the machine, there is a boarding elevator in the rigid leg.

10. In order to prevent the storm from hitting, there are safe and reliable windproof devices such as rail clamps, ground
anchors and anchor chains.
