Beam Launcher Process description:

1, Installation the launcher, check the functioning of the institutions, subject to normal after the main girder leveling, and place the girder at the end of the launcher;

2, Lift the front legs and rear leg so that the main beam is elevated and the middle leg lifts off ground, and then move the middle leg front. And move the two trolley rear;

3, Loose front leg and rear leg, let middle leg and rear leg support the main girder and level the main girder again, and then move it to from about 35m;

4, Front trolley lift bridge girder at the end and make flatbed support the other end, which can make the main girder front movement steady;

Process instructions

1, Place the first girder to the second girder position;

2, Move launcher, make a center line of outer main girder conicide with that of the first girder;

3, Move the trolley to the left side and then lift the girder off ground.

4, The whole launcher moves to the position of the first girder, then lay down the girder.
